International University student awarded ISTAT Foundation Scholarship

The International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) Foundation has awarded Aviation Management students Jakob Veldhues with an ISTAT Foundation Scholarship. The ISTAT Foundation was founded in 1994 to provide funds for scholarships, educational programs and grants to qualified individuals and institutions that promote the advancement of commercial aviation and humanitarianism.

It is the second time in a row that a University of Applied Sciences Bad Honnef · Bonn student is granted an ISTAT Foundation Scholarship. The Foundation Committee found Jakob Veldhues’ achievements exemplary. It believes that he shows great potential as a member of the aviation community and is pleased to assist him in his continuing education. 21-year old Jakob Veldhues originates from Münster, where he completed his university-entrance-diploma. After his bachelor studies he plans to continue with a Master programme, possibly abroad, and work in the Aviation or Economics/Transport sector.
